In the Gothenburg office, OnePartnerGroup’s recruiters face high applicant volumes. A single logistics or manufacturing role can attract 300–400 applications, often from candidates with similar experience levels who are being pursued by other agencies for similar roles.

“We’re often competing for the same candidates as other agencies,” explains Lejla Kusuran, Consulting Manager. “If we don’t move fast, we risk losing great people simply because someone else called them first.”

The high volume of applicants made screening a major bottleneck. Recruiters had to manually review every application, which made it easy to miss key details, and then conduct at least 50 screening calls per role*. This added up to three to four hours reviewing applications and two full days of screening calls for each new opening.
