A problem we knew too well

Hiring at scale — especially for frontline roles — is broken.

Recruiters are overwhelmed, candidate experience suffers, and qualified people fall through the cracks. Manual screening, endless scheduling, and inconsistent processes make hiring slow, expensive, and unfair.

We know, because we’ve been there.

Before starting Kiku, we built and ran large-scale teams in operations, logistics, and tech. We hired in dozens of markets, managed PnLs in the tens of millions, and saw firsthand how hard it is to hire well — even with a great team.

So we built the tool we wished we’d had.

Trusted technology, proven experience

Kiku’s founding team includes a former GM at Voi who hired and led 500+ people across Europe, and a YC-backed CTO who built global platforms used by millions. Together, we’ve shipped fast, hired under pressure, and seen where traditional recruitment systems fall short.

We’ve used that experience to build a product that actually works — not just in demos, but in real-life, high-volume hiring.
