Before starting Kiku, we built and ran large-scale teams in operations, logistics, and tech. We hired in dozens of markets, managed PnLs in the tens of millions, and saw firsthand how hard it is to hire well — even with a great team.
So we built the tool we wished we’d had.
Kiku’s founding team includes a former GM at Voi who hired and led 500+ people across Europe, and a YC-backed CTO who built global platforms used by millions. Together, we’ve shipped fast, hired under pressure, and seen where traditional recruitment systems fall short.
